TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
MANFREDI and REDDISH STONE are registered trademarks, any use not expressly authorised by REDDISH STONE s.r.l. is prohibited.
The company REDDISH STONE s.r.l. will be referred to as RS hereafter.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The contract stipulated between RS and the Client must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by RS. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways envisaged, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and that he/she accepts in full the general conditions and payment conditions transcribed below.
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, he shall print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general sales conditions, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance sales.
Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, is excluded.
Conditions of purchase
The Customer may only purchase the products present in the electronic catalogue of RS at the time of placing the order and viewable online at the address (URL) http://group-rs.com, as described in the relative information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in colour, size and the accessories shown in the picture. All the support information for the purchase is intended as simple generic information material, not referring to the real characteristics of a single product.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by RS by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message shall contain the Date and Time of execution of the order and a summary of the data entered at the time of purchase, to be used in any further communication with RS. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document.
In the case of non-acceptance of the order, RS guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
Methods of payment
All credit cards recognised through the Paypal circuit are accepted.
SHIPMENTS
Delivery methods and costs
Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments will be made by carriers defined by RS or its delegate.
In the event of theft/loss, RS undertakes to send a new product and, if the same is unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept the new product and request the issue of a credit note for the product itself.
PACKAGING
The goods are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes, as appropriate, ensuring maximum protection during transport.
CALCULATION OF SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and destination of the goods ordered. At the time of ordering, the relative cost, if any, will be displayed in the shopping cart.
ATTENTION: the price does not include the telephone notice service and delivery to the floor.
DELIVERY TIMES
The preparation time of the goods, purely indicative, is 72 hours from the date of the order.
Delivery times by the courier are 24/48h, which may vary due to force majeure or traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.
The delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours: from 8.30 to 12.30; from 15.30 to 19.30, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
IMPORTANT: STOCKS
Please note that the courier will always make 2 delivery attempts to the destination address provided.
If the destination address is unattended during these attempts, the goods will automatically be placed in storage.
Please note that if the customer fails to notify us, the goods will be sent back to RS after 7 days.
In order to receive the goods back, the customer must pay the shipping costs again, plus €20.00 for the costs of storage and return of the goods to RS.
Right of withdrawal
Online sales are treated in the same way as mail order. The law obliges those who exercise this activity to give the consumer certain guarantees, concentrated above all in the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree no. 185 of 1999).
